Patient Pre Admission Instructions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template

The Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel displays the patient instructions associated with a procedure and a section. In addition to the pre-configured default instructions, when you answer a scheduling screening question associated with the section on the Interview Questions panel, the configured patient instruction for the selected answer appears in the grid on the Patient Pre Admission Instructions panel. The pre-admission instructions are pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template of the Procedure Preadmission visit type displays the data documented in the previous and/or current encounter by the scheduler or clinical support staff in the ASC - Scheduling Questions and ASC - Pre admission templates. This home page also displays the data documented by the provider and nurse in the framework template sets of the Procedure visit type, when the case ID of the encounters is same. Click the home icon on the navigational bar to access the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery template. The scheduler or clinical support staff can review the documented data by the provider and proceed with the workflow in the ASC- Scheduling Questions template or ASC - Pre admission template. Procedure Panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure Template

In the Procedure panel, the provider can document procedure details to be performed on the patient. For information on the Procedure panel documentation, see Procedure Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template. If the case ID of encounters is the same, the procedure details documented by the scheduler or clinical support staff on the Procedure Preadmission Visit Type carry forward to the Procedure panel on the Ambulatory Surgery framework templates in the next subsequent encounters.
