Perform a Follow-up on the Interview Questions Panel

In the Interview Questions panel, the clinical support staff performs a follow-up on the flagged questions. For information on follow-up questions, see Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template. In the Interview Questions panel, select the applicable or flagged question. The selected question appears in the Question field and the answers configured for the selected question appear in the Answer field. Note: If the scheduler has addressed the selected question on the ASC - Scheduling Question template, an asterisk (*) appears next to the selected answer in the Answer field. If applicable, select or modify the answer for the question. The selected answer appears in the grid. If configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template, an alert message appears for the appropriate action. Click Save & Next. After all the questions are answered, select the Sign off check box. The Completed by field is populated with the name of the user logged on to th

Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template

The Interview Questions panel displays the scheduling questions associated with the procedure. When the procedure is selected in the Procedure panel, the grid in the Interview Questions panel populates with the screening questions pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions If you wish to ask patient the scheduling questions associated with a particular section, click the Section field above the grid. The questions associated with the selected section appear in the grid for selection. The Question field contains the first question available in the grid and the corresponding options for the answer appear in the Answer field. The questions and the associated answers are configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Summary Panel on the Home Page - Ambulatory Surgery Template

The Summary panel displays the details documented by the scheduler, clinical support person, and provider in an encounter. The grid includes a list of categories in the left pane to select and view the documented data. The categories in the left pane can be added or deleted using the Framework Content system template. For more information on how to configure the categories in the left pane of the Summary panel, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Framework Content System Template forNextGen®Adaptive Content Engine. Some of the categories include filters at the top of the grid, allowing you to filter and review the required data.
