Reporting and Removing Selected Patient Level Care Guidelines Data
You can report and remove a patient's care guidelines using the Care Guidelines Clear and Restore template.
The Report and Remove panel on the Care Guidelines Clear and Restore practice template allows you to run a search to select and view records for guideline items and the number of patients that they affect, along with the number of affected encounters.
After running the search and viewing results, you can decide to remove the patient level guideline data for the guideline items displayed in the grid.
Select the Start button to put the care guidelines application in Cleanup mode. While the system is in Cleanup mode, do not enter the data for patients or perform activities related to care guidelines.
Care guideline items are reviewed and removed for one practice or for all of the practices in an enterprise.
