You can clear and restore the content of a care guideline for any patient data.
Use the
Care Guidelines Clear and Restore practice template to reset care guidelines data and settings back to the original defaults. You can do the following:
- Restore the NextGen healthcare provided default definitions for care guidelines, this removes care guidelines content you have configured at the practice level.
- Choose to clear all the care guidelines information at the patient level, such as guidelines activated for patients and their reasons, and any customizations made. This allows you to start over with using care guidelines.
CAUTION:
Restoring care guidelines default definitions and clearing care guidelines related patient data is a one-time use function. After you decide to run this utility, you cannot recover the data. This utility should not be run when you are using the application.
