Reporting and Restoring Selected Patient Level Care Guidelines Data
You can report and restore a patient's care guidelines data using the Report and Restore panel.
You can restore care guidelines data only during the same cleanup session in which they were removed. You can run a search to view records for care guideline items to restore, including the number of patients and encounters that restoring them affects. After selecting filter options, running the search, and viewing results, you can decide to restore the patient level guideline data for the guideline items displayed in the grid. Filter options can be adjusted until the grid displays those guideline items you wish to restore.
To restore patient-level data for the selected guidelines displayed in the grid, you must select the Restore button while the care guidelines application is in Cleanup mode, and no data can be entered for patients or activities related to care guidelines.
You can review and restore care guideline items either for one specific practice or for all practices within the enterprise.
