Restoring Defaults for Care Guidelines at the Practice Level

You can restore the default content of a care guideline for a patient.

Restore the default content and definitions of care guidelines using the Restore NextGen Default Care Guidelines Definitions – Practice Level panel. This removes all existing customized content for the practice.

Care guidelines content and definitions at the practice level can be restored for all practices in the enterprise at one time, or for only the practice you are currently logged into.

There are three categories of care guidelines content. Each category can be restored without affecting the others:

• Recommended Care (non-medication)
• Recommended Care (medication)
• Orderable items
