Restore Practice Level Default Care Guidelines Content and Definitions
You can restore a practice level data to NextGen default content using the Care Guidelines Clear and Restore template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- From the File menu, Select System/Practice Templates.
The Select Template window opens.
- From the Practice tab, select All.
A list of practice-level templates opens.
- Select Care Guidelines Clear and Restore, and then select OK.
The Care Guidelines Clear and Restore practice template opens.
- Expand the Retore NextGen Default Care Guidelines Definations - Practice Level panel, select the appropriate option where to restore care guidelines default content. You can choose a different option for each category of content you restore:
- Apply to all current practice only
- Apply to all practices
- Select the check box corresponding to the category of guidelines you wish to restore.
This allows your content to be removed from the application, and restore to default.The Accept button is enabled.
- Restore recommended care non-medication content to NextGen default
- Restore recommended care medication content to NextGen default
- Restore orderables (old care guidelines orderabales (formerly protocols) to NextGen default
- Select the Accept button corresponding to your selected category.
A confirm message appears.
- To continue, select Yes.
When the restore is complete, today’s date and time, and the name of the logged in user display in the read-only fields, with a confirmation of what was restored.
- Select Save & Close.
For each category of care guidelines content, you can choose restore the content for all practices or just the current practice.
