Practice Level Document Configurations
On the Document Configurations practice template, the Practice Level Configurations section enables you to determine how general document options, vital signs, and the Orthopedic and Behavioral Health data appear on the generated documents.
General options include opting to generate a master document or Chart Note offline. Offline generation can save the time of the provider that would have been spent waiting for the document to produce a copy in NextGen® Enterprise EHR. The master document cannot be disabled. The offline and online functionality is set on the Submit Code button.
With the exception of the Preview and Offline buttons on the navigation bar, the master and Chart Note documents are generated together. On the Document Configuration template, you can disable the Chart Note generation.
