The practice administration configures the detailed office follow-up plans using the Management Plan Setup practice template. The plans are then applied by providers to the individual patient charts on chart review or at the point of patient care. The configured plans also appear in the Create new management plan panel on the Management Plans template.
- Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
- From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template.
The Select Template window opens.
- In the Show section, click the All option.
A list of system templates appears in the Practice tab.
- Double-click Management Plan Setup.
The
Management Plan Setup template opens.
You can set up the categories in the Modify Management Plan Categories and Statuses panel. After adding the categories, you can configure a management plan in the Management Plan Configuration panel.
