Configure Letters

The Letter Generator panel is designed to add details of different types of letters that are configured by practice administration. The plan letters are generated as documents and saved to patient charts.

  1. Open the Management Plan Setup template.
  2. In the Letter Generator panel, select Add.
    A new record template opens.

  3. Enter a name in the Letter Name field.
  4. In the Linked category field, select a linked category from the picklist.
  5. In the Plan name field, select a plan name from the picklist to attach the letter to.
  6. Enter the salutation in the Salutation field.
  7. Enter the letter details in the Body field.
  8. Select a language in the Language field if a letter is in a language other than English.
  9. Select Save.
    The information appears in the grid.
