Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links

The Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel on the Common Assessments practice template enables you to create the common assessment groups. You can associate a group to a template link name for a specific specialty, age, and gender. Common Assessment Practice Template

You can configure and manage common assessment sets on the Common Assessments practice template. It is used to create common diagnosis codes that can be used by any specialty. Insert Blank Row on the Common Assessment Page

On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel. Highlight an item in the list. Click the Insert Blank Row button. The blank row displays below the selected item. Parent topic: Manage Common Assessments

Remove an Assessment from the Common Assessment Page

On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel. Click the assessment in the list. Click Remove. The Info Remove Assessment window opens. If you want to remove the assessment but leave a blank line, click OK. If you want to remove the items and move the row up, select the Move Remaining items up one row on removal check box. Click OK. Managing Items of an Assessment Page

You can add, update, and remove various items in an assessment page. You can use the Manage Common Assessments panel of the Specialty Common Assessment Config practice template to build an assessment page using a combination of different types of items. You can add up to 124 items to an assessment page. The items configured for an assessment page appear in the Inf Common Assessment template for adding diagnoses to a patient’s history.
