Remove an Assessment from the Common Assessment Page
On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel. Click the assessment in the list. Click Remove. The Info Remove Assessment window opens. If you want to remove the assessment but leave a blank line, click OK. If you want to remove the items and move the row up, select the Move Remaining items up one row on removal check box. Click OK. Remove a Blank Row from the Common Assessment Page
On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel. Click Common assessment page name and select a page from the list. The assessments associated with the page name appear. Click Item # after selecting a common assessment page name. A list of blank rows appears in the list. Select the row to be removed from the list. Click the Item to add field and select spacer from the resulting list. Click the Add/Update button. A spacer appears in the selected item. Select the newly added spacer. Click Remove. Edit an Existing Common Assessment Page
On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Page and Links panel. In the Common Assessment Pages grid, select the assessment page row that you want to edit. The entries for the selected assessment page display in the Manage Common Assessment Pages and Links panel. Edit the associated fields. Click the Add/Update button to save the changes to the grid. Copy an Existing Common Assessment Page to Another Practice
On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Page and Links panel. Highlight a row to be copied from the Common Assessment Pages grid. Click the Copy button. The Info Copy Assessment window opens. Click OK to duplicate the common assessment page. The applicable information displays in the Common assessment page name, Template link name, Specialty, Age, and Gender fields. Enter a unique page name in the Common assessment page name field. Edit the other field values. Click an option in the Copy to field. If you select the Another Practice option, enter the practice in the associated field. When copying to another practice, the entry will not appear in the current practice but is available in the other practice's grid. Click the Add/Update button to upload the data to the grid. On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessments panel. Click the spacer line in the list. Click the Remove button. The Info Remove Assessment window opens. If you want to remove the spacer but leave a blank line, click OK. If you want to remove the spacer and move the rows up, select the Move Remaining items up one row on removal check box. Click OK. Add a New Common Assessment Page
On the Common Assessments practice template, expand the Manage Common Assessment Page and Links panel. Do one of the following: Enter a new name that is not added to the list in the Common assessment page name field. Click the Common assessment page name field to select an existing common assessment. Click the Template Link name field and select an option from the list. This list indicates what the user sees in the patient's chart but not necessarily what template launches. Click the Specialty field and select an option from the list. You can select the All option or any of the individual specialty. Click the Age field and select an option from the list. You can select All, Adult, or Pediatrics. Click the Gender field and select an option from the list. You can select All, Male, or Female options. Click the Add/Update button to save the new common assessment page to the Common Assessment Pages grid. When you have completed the changes, scroll to the bottom of the template, and click th
