Adding and Reviewing Allergies
You can add and review the allergy details associated with a patient in the Allergies panel.
You can select the No known allergies check box to indicate that the patient does not have any known medication allergies. You can select the Reviewed, Updated check box to indicate that the allergy details are reviewed and updated during the encounter You can select the Reviewed, no change check box to indicate that the patient does not have new details to add.
You can view the intolerance details for the added allergies in theAllergiespanel if theIntolerancecheck box is selected on the Medication Allergies module. TheIntolerancecheck box indicates that the patient cannot tolerate the side effects of the medication.
