Add Obstetric Problem Notes

You can add obstetric problem notes for a patient in the Lab and Diagnostic Review template. On the OB Problem Add template, you can view the obstetric problem notes that you have added on the Lab and Diagnostic Review template. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel, select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. Select the OB problem, and then select Lab and Diagnostic Review. The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. Select an order.The details of the selected order appears. To add order details to OB Problem Notes, in the Check to include in OB Problem Notes section, select the required order details. Note: You can select required fields to be added in OB Problem Notes . If available in the order management, the Order, Done, and Result values are filled and selected automatically. Open Lab and Diagnostic Review

You must add an obstetric(OB) poblem to be able to view the Lab and Diagnostic Review link. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel and then select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. Select an obstetric problem or add an obstetric problem. The Lab and Diagnostic Review link is available. Select Lab and Diagnostic Review. The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. View Lab and Diagnostic Orders You can view the diagnostics, lab orders, and office services of a patient. View Attachments in Obstetrics Diagnostics

You can view documents or images attached to orders on the Diagnostic Studies panel. Before you begin Only if the order has an attachment, you can view it. Select the Prenatal Detail tab Go to the Diagnostics Studies panel. Select the Launch Attachment checkbox. The * column indicates whether an attachment is available or not. Select the diagnostic order with attachment in the Diagnostic Studies grid.The attachment is available in a new tab. Add Obstetric Diagnostic Documents to Orders

You can attach encounter documents, scanned documents, or images to orders in the Obstetrics Diagnostics template. Before you begin To attach a document, a diagnosis order should be available in the Orders section. Select the Prenatal Detail tab In the Diagnostics Studies panel, select Add.The OB Diagnostics template opens. In the Today's Assessment section, select the diagnosis order to add an attachment. In the Orders section, document the order details. Select the See scanned document checkbox, select the document or scanned image in the Scanned Document/Image window, and then select OK.The file is attached and the name of the attached file appears in the See scanned document field. Select Place Order.The attachment is added to the order. To replace the attached document, do the following: Select the Cl button. Obstetric Problems

You can document, update, view, and track a patient's obstetric problems. In the Prenatal Detail template, you can use the OB Problems panel to do the following. View a patient’s active obstetric (OB) problems and the details of each problem. Add an OB problem to a patient record. Update the details of an OB problem. Review ordered and resulted lab and diagnostic orders and add obstetric problem notes. View a patient's previous pregnancy problems and move pertinent problems to the current pregnancy. View attached images and documents. Add Obstetric Problems You can add a patient's obstetric problems to the Problems module and also move a problem to today’s assessment.
