Add Obstetric Problem Notes

You can add obstetric problem notes for a patient in the Lab and Diagnostic Review template. On the OB Problem Add template, you can view the obstetric problem notes that you have added on the Lab and Diagnostic Review template. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel, select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. Select the OB problem, and then select Lab and Diagnostic Review. The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. Select an order.The details of the selected order appears. To add order details to OB Problem Notes, in the Check to include in OB Problem Notes section, select the required order details. Note: You can select required fields to be added in OB Problem Notes . If available in the order management, the Order, Done, and Result values are filled and selected automatically. View Attachment in Obstetric Problems

You can view the attachment in obstetric problems in the OB Problems panel. You can view the scanned images or documents attached to an obstetric problem in the OB Problems panel. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel.The OB Problems panel opens. Select Launch Attachment. OB Problems panel The * column is an indicator, which represents whether an attachment is available or not. To view the attchment, select the obstetric problems. Scanned document/Image attached If there is a single attachment, the attachment opens. If there are more than one attachment, the Scanned document / Image attached window opens. Open Lab and Diagnostic Review

You must add an obstetric(OB) poblem to be able to view the Lab and Diagnostic Review link. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel and then select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. Select an obstetric problem or add an obstetric problem. The Lab and Diagnostic Review link is available. Select Lab and Diagnostic Review. The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens. View Lab and Diagnostic Orders You can view the diagnostics, lab orders, and office services of a patient. Update Obstetric Problems

You can update a patient's obstetric problems in the OB Problem Add panel. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel and then select Add/Update. The OB Problem Add template opens. In the OB Problems pane on the left, select the problem that you need to update. Make the necessary changes. Select Add/Update.The problem in the OB Problems pane is updated with the changes made. Obstetric Problems

You can document, update, view, and track a patient's obstetric problems. In the Prenatal Detail template, you can use the OB Problems panel to do the following. View a patient’s active obstetric (OB) problems and the details of each problem. Add an OB problem to a patient record. Update the details of an OB problem. Review ordered and resulted lab and diagnostic orders and add obstetric problem notes. View a patient's previous pregnancy problems and move pertinent problems to the current pregnancy. View attached images and documents. Add Obstetric Problems You can add a patient's obstetric problems to the Problems module and also move a problem to today’s assessment. Remove an Obstetric Problem

You can remove Obstetric problems that are either incorrect or no longer applicable for the patient. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel and then select Add/Update.The OB Problem Add template opens. Under OB Problems, select an OB problem that you want to remove from the list. Note: To remove a problem from the Today’s Assessments grid, you must go to the Assessment/Plan panel on the SOAP template and then delete. Select Remove.
