Add Obstetric Problem Notes

You can add obstetric problem notes for a patient in the Lab and Diagnostic Review template.

1. On the Prenatal Detail template, expand the OB Problems panel, select Add/Update.
   The OB Problem Add template opens.
2. Select the OB problem, and then select Lab and Diagnostic Review.
   The Lab and Diagnostic Review template opens.
3. Select an order.
   The details of the selected order appears.
4. To add order details to OB Problem Notes, in the Check to include in OB Problem Notes section, select the required order details.
   Note: You can select required fields to be added in OB Problem Notes .
   If available in the order management, the Order, Done, and Result values are filled and selected automatically.
5. Select Add/Update Note.
   The notes are added to the OB Problem Notes field.

   Note: If you select the order details, and select OK before selecting Add/Update Note, then a message appears indicating that the order details have not been added. You must select Yes or No as applicable to add the details.
6. To include additional notes, select 'Date Stamp' Note, and then enter your notes.
7. To add predefined phrases, select My Phrases, and select the phrases on the Manage My Phrases/Common Phrases template.
8. Select OK.
