Turn On the Social Determinants of Health Link in the Social Panel and History Summary Panel

You can turn on the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) link.

1. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. From the Practice tab, select All.
   A list of practice level templates appears.
3. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.
   The Practice Configuration practice template opens.
4. From the PRAPARE® section, select Social Determinants of Health.
5. Select Save and Close.
   The Social Determinants of Health link is available in the following panels:

   • Social panel on the Histories template
   • History Summary panel on the Intake template
