Open the PRAPARE® Configuration Template

Enable the PRAPARE® Link in the Social and History Summary Panels

To open the PRAPARE® form from the Social panel or the History Summary panel, you must configure the Practice Configuration template. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice-level templates opens. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.The Practice Configuration practice template opens. From the PRAPARE® section, select PRAPARE®. Push the ICD Codes Captured on the PRAPARE® Form to Today’s Assessments

You can push the ICD Codes to appear in the Today's Assessment section. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice level templates appears. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.The Practice Configuration practice template opens. From the PRAPARE® section, select Push ICD code captured on PRAPARE® form into Today’s Assessments. PRAPARE® Configuration

You can configure options available in the PRAPARE® form. The PRAPARE® Configuration template allows you to: Set the pediatric age in the Peds age for PRAPARE® field so that some of the questions in the PRAPARE® form are no longer mandatory for pediatric patients. PRAPARE® Configuration template Manage score related to each response documented on the PRAPARE® form using the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. The system is packaged with preconfigured values provided by the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) in the PRAPARE® Scoring Configuration panel. Based on this configuration, a score is assigned to the response captured on the PRAPARE® form. You can add and edit the values.
