Turn on Practice-Defined Questions on the PRAPARE® Form

You can turn on up to five practice-defined questions on the PRAPARE® form. To turn on practice-defined questions on the PRAPARE® form, you must first configure the Practice Configuration template. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. Select Practice Configuration and then select OK. Enable the PRAPARE® Link in the Social and History Summary Panels

To open the PRAPARE® form from the Social panel or the History Summary panel, you must configure the Practice Configuration template. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.The Select Template window opens. From the Practice tab, select All. A list of practice-level templates opens. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.The Practice Configuration practice template opens. From the PRAPARE® section, select PRAPARE®. You can configure PRAPARE® Assessment Tool template using the PRAPARE® section. Access the Document Configuration Practice Template

From the File menu, select System\Practice Template. On the Select Template window, click the Practice tab. In the Show section, select All to see a complete list of practice templates. To access the Document Configuration template, do one of the following: Double-click Document Configuration. Select Document Configuration, and then click OK. Open the Practice Configuration Template

Open the NTS Practice Config practice template from the Specialty Config Home system template so you can configure settings and preferences for your practice. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. On the System tab, select Specialty Config Home, and then select OK.
