Enable the Contact Lens/Eyeglasses Consent Section
The Eye Configuration practice template setting for contact lens prescription enables the Contact Lens/Eyeglasses Consent section. On the Eye Configuration practice template, go to the Document Configurations section. Select the Eyeglasses and/or Contact lens prescription has been sent to patient portal. The digital copy to be accessed from this website: check box. Enter the address of the patient portal or website where the patient can obtain a digital copy of their contact lens prescription. Open the Practice Configuration Template
Open the NTS Practice Config practice template from the Specialty Config Home system template so you can configure settings and preferences for your practice. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template. The Select Template window opens. From the Show section, select All. On the System tab, select Specialty Config Home, and then select OK.
