Enable the PRAPARE® Link in the Social and History Summary Panels

To open the PRAPARE® form from the Social panel or the History Summary panel, you must configure the Practice Configuration template.

1. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. From the Practice tab, select All.
   A list of practice-level templates opens.
3. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.
   The Practice Configuration practice template opens.
4. From the PRAPARE® section, select PRAPARE®.
5. Select Save and Close.
   The PRAPARE® link is available on the following sections:

   • Social panel on the Histories template
   • History Summary panel on the Intake and SOAP templates
