Push the ICD Codes Captured on the PRAPARE® Form to Today’s Assessments

You can push the ICD Codes to appear in the Today's Assessment section.

1. From the File menu, select System\Practice Template.
   The Select Template window opens.
2. From the Practice tab, select All.
   A list of practice level templates appears.
3. Select Practice Configuration, and then select OK.
   The Practice Configuration practice template opens.
4. From the PRAPARE® section, select Push ICD code captured on PRAPARE® form into Today’s Assessments.
5. Select Save and Close.
   The ICD codes captured on the PRAPARE® form will now reflect in Today’s Assessments section as well.
