Open the Procedure Documentation Config Practice Template

You can configure procedure documentation and findings using the Procedure Documentation Config template.

1. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR.
2. From the File menu, select System \ Practice Template.
3. In Select Template, select the Practice tab.
4. In the Show section, select All.
   A list of practice templates opens.
5. Select Procedure Documentation Config and select OK.
   The Procedure Documentation Config practice template opens.
6. To configure specialty-specific procedure documentation and finding content, select Specialty and then add one from the list.
   The information icon is available to view instructions on how to use the Procedure Documentation Config practice template.
