Interview Questions Panel on the ASC - Scheduling Questions Template
You can ask scheduling questions to a patient using the Interview Questions panel. The Interview Questions panel displays the scheduling questions associated with the procedure. When the procedure is selected in the Procedure panel, the grid in the Interview Questions panel appeawith the screening questions pre-configured in the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Interview Questions If you wish to ask patient the scheduling questions associated with a particular section, select the Section field above the grid. The questions associated with the selected section appear in the grid for selection. The Question field contains the first question available in the grid and the corresponding options for the answer appear in the Answer field. The questions and the associated answers are configured on the ASC Preadmission Activity Config practice template. Open the Medication Allergies Module
You can open the Medication Allergies module and acknowledge drug interactions. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR, and select a patient from the Patient Lookup window. Select or create an encounter from the Encounter History tab. To open the Medication Allergies module, select Allergies from the Quick Buttons panel. Open the Medication Allergies module. Select an allergy. The allergy information appears in the fields in the bottom half of the window. To customize the sort order of the columns displayed in the Medication Allergies module, select a column you want to move and drag it to the desired position. Access External Provider Reference from the Medication Allergies Module
You can access the External Provider Reference resource and search for additional information regarding the selected medication allergy from the Medication Allergies module. Open the Medication Allergies module for a patient. Enter a new allergy, if required. Right-click the allergy and then select Resources > External Provider Reference.
