Findings Panel on the ASC - Physician Procedure Template

The Findings panel allows you to document additional findings associated with a procedure. The findings are configured on the Procedure Documentation Config practice template. To document additional findings for a procedure, you need to select a procedure in the Procedure panel.

After you select a procedure(s), the Findings panel displays the first procedure in the Reason for Visit section. The Reason for Visit section includes the left and right arrows to go to the previous and next procedure. The left blue arrow and/or right blue arrow indicates that the procedure(s) is available prior to and next to the current procedure in the Reason for Visit section.

The Findings panel has the integrated Graphical Exam Tool (GET). The GET has three illustration tabs: Upper GI, Lower GI, and Anal/Rectal, displaying the corresponding static illustration (image).

The Image Capture button of the ASC - Physician Procedure template or the ASC - Intraprocedure template allows you to use the interface application to import captured images to the patient chart. The Image Capture button displays only after you turn on the Image Capture interface in the Interface grid at the bottom of the Practice Configuration practice template.
