Remove a Row in the Wounds and Incisions Grid

View the Wound Graph

Document Wound Progression and Healing
The Wounds/Incisions panel on the Objective template is used to document the progression of healing and treatment of patient wounds. The wounds/incisions information can be added, updated and/or removed on the Proc PT Woundcare template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, navigate to the Wounds/Incisions panel. Click Add to open the Proc PT Woundcare. Proc Pt Woundcare Enter the required details. Click PE Skin to display the Skin/Hair PE template to enter additional information. Click Save to Document to add the wound management information to the generated document. Click Submit to PT Billing Summary to submit the details to the PT billing summary. Click the template toolbar buttons to do the following: Click Clear for Add to enter new information. Click Delete to delete the record. Click Save to save the information. Click Close to close the template and return to the Objective template. The information appears in the Wounds/Incisions panel. Update an Edema Record
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, navigate to the Edema panel. Highlight the row in the grid. Click Edit.The Edema details template opens. Make relevant edits on the template. Click Save. Parent topic: Document Edema Details

Edit a Treating Assessment
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Subjective template, General panel, Treating Assessments section, select the assessment in the grid to be updated. Click Edit to launch the PT Treating Assessment template. Select the item to be updated in the Treating assessment grid. Make any updates or changes as needed. Update Therapy Goals
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, in the Goals panel, click the Add button to launch the Therapy Goals template. On the Therapy Goals template, highlight a row in the Added goals grid.The edit fields above the grid display details for the selected goal. Make any changes in enabled edit fields. Click Update.The Added goals grid displays the updated goal. Click Save & Close to return to the Objective template.The information appears in the Goals panel. Parent topic: Patient Goals
