Delete an Edema Record

Document Edema Details

The Edema panel displays the edema information for the patient. The edema information can be added, edited, and removed on the PT Edema Details template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, navigate to the Edema panel. Click Add to launch the PT Edema Details template. PT Edema Details Enter the required details. Click Save. Update Observations

Update a Problem

You can modify a documented problem. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Histories template. In the Problem List panel, select a problem.The problem details are filled in the fields at the end of the grid. Update the required fields. Select Add/Update. Update Past Medical History

You can update the past medical history for a patient in the Edit Past Medical History template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Histories template. In the Medical/Surgical/Interim panel, select the medical or surgical record from the grid that you want to update, and select Edit.The Edit Past Medical History template opens. Edit Past Medical History Note: You can select an entry in the Past Medical History grid and can select Edit to open the Edit Past Medical History template. Update the necessary details.
