Remove a Row in the Wounds and Incisions Grid

Edit a Row in the Wounds and Incisions Grid

Document Wound Progression and Healing
The Wounds/Incisions panel on the Objective template is used to document the progression of healing and treatment of patient wounds. The wounds/incisions information can be added, updated and/or removed on the Proc PT Woundcare template. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, navigate to the Wounds/Incisions panel. Click Add to open the Proc PT Woundcare. Proc Pt Woundcare Enter the required details. Click PE Skin to display the Skin/Hair PE template to enter additional information. Click Save to Document to add the wound management information to the generated document. Click Submit to PT Billing Summary to submit the details to the PT billing summary. Click the template toolbar buttons to do the following: Click Clear for Add to enter new information. Click Delete to delete the record. Click Save to save the information. Click Close to close the template and return to the Objective template. The information appears in the Wounds/Incisions panel. For more information on opening a patient, go to NextGen Healthcare Success Community, and download the latest Patient Demographics Guide for NextGen Enterprise. From the File menu, select Graph. View Treatment History
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Navigate to the Treatment panel on the Objective template. Click the History button to launch the PT Treatment History template. Pt Treatment History Click Save & Close. Parent topic: Physical Therapy Treatment Panel
