Create a Treatment Plan for the Patient
Treatment plans are set up on the PT Treatment Setup template. The PT Treatment Setup template displays the Menu and the Treatment Plan panels. The Menu panel displays a list of treatment categories in the left pane. The Treatment Plan panel grid displays the treatment options previously selected for the patient. Treatment plans configured on the PT Treatment Setup template appear in the Performed Today section in the Treatment Panel and carry forward to future encounters. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Objective template, click the Treatment button in the Treatment panel to launch the PT Treatment Setup template. Pt Treatment Setup Click the Body region field and select from the list.The Menu panel grid displays all treatment options for the selected region. Select a treatment category from the left pane.The Menu panel grid refreshes to display that category’s treatment options for the region. Access Home Page - Physical Therapy
Before you begin When you open the Home Page - Physical Therapy template, you must select the Specialty and Visit Type to access the framework template set for Physical Therapy. Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Click the Medical Records tab. In the Show section, select the All option to display the list of templates. Select Home Page - Physical Therpay. Add Interim History
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. Open the Intake template. In the History Summary section, select Interim. Select Add Interim. Document the reported history information. Edit a Treating Assessment
Open NextGen® Enterprise EHR. On the Subjective template, General panel, Treating Assessments section, select the assessment in the grid to be updated. Click Edit to launch the PT Treating Assessment template. Select the item to be updated in the Treating assessment grid. Make any updates or changes as needed. Open Diagnostic History Entry when Documenting Histories
