You can document diagnosis, lab orders, plan details, referrals, medications, and immunization details for a patient using the My Custom Plan template
You can document a personalized treatment plan to suit your practice's specific needs. The custom plan functionality is configured as a grid for order sets and replaces the need to manually select a checkbox for each order to be placed.
When
My Custom Plan is configured, you can perform the following functions:
- You can add patient's diagnosis, lab, plan details, and referrals on the My Plan panel.
- You can document the order details and status of the order on the Manage Orders panel.
- You can add referral, type of plan, and additional details in the Order Options section.
- You can order any plan type in the Order Set and move them in by selecting the Pending Orders grid.
- You can answer Ask at Order Entry (AOE) question by selecting the AOE checkbox and create an order set in the Pending Orders section.
- You can add education documents to the patient's cart by selecting the Patient Education button.
- You can notify another user about the referral by selecting the Send Task button.
- You can document the pre and post-procedure directions by selecting the Procedure/Instructions link.
- You can select the diagnosis by selecting the Dx Search link.
- You can document a body mass index (BMI), behavioural details by selecting the Health Promotion Plan link.
- You can add counseling or educational details by selecting the Counseling Details link.
- You can enter provider demographic information and you can send a task by selecting the Records Request link.
- You can enter the order processing details by selecting the Lab/Radiology Order Processing link.
