My Plan Versus My Custom Plan to Create a Treatment Plan

You can document a treatment plan that is personalized to suit your practice's specific needs.

The My Plan tab contains the My Custom Plan template that helps you configure as a grid for order sets, replacing the need to manually select a checkbox for each order to be placed. The individualized fields available on the original My Plan template require manual selection of every order needed for a particular diagnosis.

The My Custom Plan template reduces the number of selects required for ordering while maintaining the process for managing order sets and provider plans. The My Custom Plan template uses a more streamlined user interface and takes a personalized approach to diagnosis-based order sets.

In the customized template workflow, the individualized fields are uploaded to a grid in the Pending Orders section.

The dynamic plan template provides the following advantages:

• Ability to manage all orders from the same template
• Ability to place unlimited number of orders for each order type
• Availability of multiple order sets for each diagnosis group
• Ability to select order details before placing the order
• Ability to bypass the Orders module process
