Document Medications Module

The Medications module allows you to prescribe, print, fax, and e-prescribe (requires enrollment) patient medications.

1. In the Interview Questions panel, select the Medications link.
   The Medication Module window opens.
2. Select Prescribe New.
   The Medication Search window opens.
3. In Find, enter the partial or full name of the medication to be prescribed to the patient and select Search.
   A list of medications matching the search criteria appears in the left pane.
4. Select a medicine from the list and select Select to return to the Medications module.
5. Enter the Sig, Quantity, Refills, and Start date from the corresponding list.
6. If this medication is prescribed elsewhere, select the Prescribed elsewhere checkbox and enter the source in the Source field.
7. Select Accept.
8. Close Medication Module window.
