Configuring Checkboxes

You can configure the client checkboxes to document any custom data. You can configure up to three checkboxes for each panel on the Framework Content template. You can modify the order of the checkboxes, hide or show the checkboxes, add labels in CheckBox Caption, and add text in Document Text for each of the checkboxes. You must first configure the checkboxes and clear the Hide checkbox to use them on the templates. Note: You must remember the template and card names when configuring the client checkboxes. Configurable Checkboxes The configured checkboxes appear on the Configurable Checkboxes template for the corresponding panel of the templates. Configure Client Checkboxes You can configure up to three client checkboxes for various sections of the Intake and SOAP templates. Configure Client Buttons You can configure the customizable client buttons for the Intake, SOAP, and Pediatric SOAP templates to open your custom and existing templates. Configuration of Reasons for Visit

You can configure up to 14 chief complaints in the Reason for Visit panel. Each reason for visit is linked to a history of present illness template. You can create and store those links on the Manage Custom Links practice template. Configuration of Physical Exam Lists

You can configure the physical exam lists using the Physical Exam panel. You can find two filters on the Physical exam lists. All - All of the configured exams. Top - List of the top 14 exams that the practice uses most frequently and appear in the left pane in the Physical Exam panel. Exams that are included in the top 14 are available in runtime on the SOAP template in the Physical Exam panel. Physical Exam Using Additional option in the left pane, you can open the physical exams that are not listed in the top 14 list. Each physical exam listed in the Physical Exam panel is linked to a template. You can create and store the link on the Manage Custom Links practice template. You can configure the Assessment/Plan Navigation Configuration panel. From the Assessment/Plan Navigation Configuration panel, you can do the following on the My Plan template: Allows a dynamic My Plan template based on specialty, practice, and provider. You can configure the templates that open on adding a Medical or Family History on the Histories template. The configured templates appear when you add a medical history or family history on the Medical/Surgical/Interim panel and Family panel. The configurations apply to Specialty, Practice, and Provider.
