Internet and Wi-Fi® Connection Recommendations
NextGen Healthcare recommend using a secure and private internet connection or, on your mobile device, cellular service. You need either a strong, private Wi-Fi® connection or a 4G LTE cellular connection. If you do not have strong internet or celllular connection, your video or audio quality may not be ideal.
If you are in a corporate office, firewalls often block the video connection. If the connection is blocked, turn off Wi-Fi® and then refresh your page on a cellular device, or try another secure Wi-Fi® network on your computer.
