View 'EDI Upload' Status in the Account Profile

To view the EDI Upload status for an archived Statement, Account Collection Letter or Budget Letter, do the following:

  1. Access the Account Profile for the desired guarantor.
  2. Select the Notes tab.
  3. From the Folders list on the left, do one of the following:
    • Select the Statements folder.
    • Select to expand the Letters folder and then select either the Budget folder or the Demand Account folder.
    Archived statements or letters for the guarantor are listed in the Notes pane on the right.
    The EDI Upload column displays one of the following:
    • Y: The statement or letter was uploaded to NextGen EDI.
    • N: The statement or letter was not uploaded to NextGen EDI.
    • Blank: The Upload Export File to NextGen EDI check box was not selected when the statement or letter was generated.
