View EDI Upload Status in the Account Profile

If you upload your files to NextGen® EDI in real time, a message appears in NextGen® Enterprise PM when the upload is successful and the file is received by NextGen® EDI. You can check the EDI upload status for archived statements, account collection letters, or budget letters in the Account Profile.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. Select Account on the main toolbar, and then search for and select the desired guarantor.
  3. In the Account Profile window, select the Notes tab.
  4. From the Folders list, do one of the following:
    • Select the Statements folder.
    • Select to expand the Letters folder, and then select either the Budget folder or the Demand Account folder.
    Archived statements or letters for the guarantor are listed in the Notes pane.
    The EDI Upload column displays one of the following:
    • Y: The statement or letter is uploaded to NextGen® EDI.
    • N: The statement or letter is not uploaded to NextGen® EDI.
    • Blank: The Upload Export File to NextGen EDI checkbox is not selected when the statement or letter is generated.
