Set Up the Letters Master File

  1. Access File Maintenance.
  2. Select Master Files > Practice and then Letters.
    The Letters window opens.
  3. Open an existing letter or right-click and then select New.
    The letter editor opens.

  4. Select the Language button.
    The Languages window opens.
  5. Select the correspondence language for the letter type, and then select OK.
  6. Save and close the letter.
    The Language column in the Letters window displays the correspondence language to which the letter is associated.
