Set Up the Letters Master File
- Access File Maintenance.
- Select Master Files > Practice and then Letters.
The Letters window opens.
- Open an existing letter or right-click and then select New.
The letter editor opens.
- Select the Language button.
The Languages window opens.
- Select the correspondence language for the letter type, and then select OK.
- Save and close the letter.
The Language column in the Letters window displays the correspondence language to which the letter is associated.
