Before you begin
Compose a letter in one or more of the supported correspondence languages.
- Open File Maintenance.
- From the Master Files section, select Practice, and then select Letters.
The
Letters window opens.
- Select the letter associated with the Default language (English), right-click, and then select Associate.
The
Correspondence Language Letter Association window appears.
- To associate a letter written in one of the supported correspondence languages to the default letter type, select the checkboxes next to the Letter Name, and then select OK.
The
Letters window appears. Each selected letter type, written in a supported correspondence language, displays with a check mark

in the
Language column.
In NextGen® Enterprise PM, you can preview and print the letter type in all the languages listed in the Language column.
