You can choose settings that affect the display of appointments in the Daily View of the Appointment Book in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
From the Admin menu, select Preferences > User > Scheduling.
In Appointment Scheduling Preferences, select the Daily View tab.
In Show the following items for an appointment, select one or more of the items to appear on appointments that take up multiple time slots in Daily View.
To set the display order of the selected items, highlight one, and then select promote or demote to move it up or down.
