Appointment Scheduling Preferences

Appointment Scheduling Preferences control how specific functions and tasks work in the Appointment Book in NextGen® Enterprise PM. While some settings are strictly for customizing the display, others affect the application behavior. You must complete these settings before opening the Appointment Book for the first time.

In File Maintenance, scheduling preferences can be defined in the Default User Prefs - Scheduling master file, and then assigned to groups of users or individual users in System Administrator.

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, you can modify your own scheduling preferences in Admin > Preferences > User > Scheduling. Your settings override any default settings that were assigned to you in System Administrator.
