Set Scheduling Preferences for Tooltips

You can activate a customized tooltip that appears when hovering over an appointment for a specified number of seconds in NextGen® Enterprise PM.   1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Admin menu, select Preferences > User > Scheduling.
    The Appointment Scheduling Preferences window opens.
  3. Select the Tooltip tab.

  4. In the Displays after [n] seconds field, select the number of seconds you want NextGen® Enterprise PM to wait before displaying the tooltip in the Appointment Book.
  5. In the Select your custom tooltip items section, you can select the items to display in the tooltip.
  6. To change the order of the tooltip items, select a tooltip, and then select promote or demote buttons to move the item up or down in the list.
    You can also use and arrow buttons to move an item to the top or bottom of the list.
  7. To save the changes and close the window, select OK.
