Set Scheduling Preferences for Daily View

You can choose settings that affect the display of appointments in the Daily View of the Appointment Book in NextGen® Enterprise PM.

Appointments that take up more than one time slot can display additional patient information in the Daily View. For example, if a 30-minute appointment is scheduled for a resource with a 10-minute time interval, the appointment takes up three time slots. The first time slot always displays the patient's name and the description of the scheduled event. The second and third time slots display additional information based on the Daily View preference settings.

  1. Open NextGen® Enterprise PM.

The Appointment Scheduling Preferences window opens.
