Appointment Items in Multiple Time Slots in Daily View

In the Show the following items for an appointment section, select one or more of the following items to appear on appointments that take up multiple time slots in Daily View:

• Work Phone: Displays Day Phone from Demographics in Patient Information.
• User Defined1: Displays text entered in the Appointment User Defined 1 field on the Edit Appointment window.
  Note: The name or label of the User Defined1 field, is defined in Appt Scheduling preference in Practice Preferences.
  User Defined2: Displays text entered in the Appointment User Defined 2 field on the Edit Appointment window.
  Note: The name or label of the User Defined2 field, is defined in Appt Scheduling preference in Practice Preferences.
• Encounter Number: Displays the Encounter Number for the encounter linked to the appointment.
• Contact Preference & Primary Phone: Displays Preferred Contact and the first Phone Number from Demographics in Patient Information.
