In the Show the following items for an appointment section, select one or more of the following items to appear on appointments that take up multiple time slots in Daily View:
- Work Phone: Displays Day Phone from Demographics in Patient Information.
- User Defined1: Displays text entered in the Appointment User Defined 1 field on the Edit Appointment window.
Note: The name or label of the User Defined1 field, is defined in Appt Scheduling preference in Practice Preferences.
User Defined2: Displays text entered in the Appointment User Defined 2 field on the Edit Appointment window.
Note: The name or label of the User Defined2 field, is defined in Appt Scheduling preference in Practice Preferences.
- Encounter Number: Displays the Encounter Number for the encounter linked to the appointment.
- Contact Preference & Primary Phone: Displays Preferred Contact and the first Phone Number from Demographics in Patient Information.
Note: If all check boxes are selected, an appointment must take up a total of six time slots for all five items to display.
