The Daily View Tab
You can select which fields display in the Daily View of the Appointment Book. Each item is put on a separate line, so unless you have an appointment that spans four appointment times, you might not be able to view all four data items.
Select the check box next to each appointment item to select it; selected items display an X in their check box. These items display in your Daily View appointment dialog box underneath the appointment description for each appointment. To set the display order of the items, highlight one, and then select or to move it up or down.
You can arrange the display order of resources in NextGen Enterprise PM so that the ones used frequently by appointment schedulers display at the top of the resource list. The resource list displays on the following windows:
- Appointment Lookup
- Appointment Search Ahead
- Patient Wait List Item
- Process Wait List
- Recall Plan Maintenance
- Recall Plans
- Appointment Reminders
