Group check in and group check out options are added to the right-click menu on Appointment Book to facilitate quick check in and check out of the group appointment without going to Edit Group Appointment window every time a member checks in or checks out from the group appointment. These options reduce the steps taken for check in and check out of the group appointment.
The Enable Group Scheduling check box must be selected in the Practice Preferences to utilize these options.
The security access rights in Operations for Checkin and Checkout in System Administrator application governs the group check-in and check-out in NextGen® Enterprise PM.
