Check Out the Group Members from a Group Appointment

From the Edit Group Appointment window, you can check out all or certain group members who have checked in to the group appointment. This concludes the group appointment and captures the date and time.

  1. Select ApptBook on the main toolbar.
  2. From the Daily, Weekly List, Weekly Schedule or Multi-View view, select a group appointment that is in Kept status.
  3. Right-click and then select Open > Group Appointment.
    The Edit Group Appointment window opens.

  4. Select open menu and then select Checkout Members.
    The Group Checkout window opens.

  5. On the Group Checkout window, select the checked in member check boxes.
  6. Select Checkout.
The selected checked in members are checked out. The status of those members are changed as Chkd Out in the Appointment Book. Check out date and time are recorded.
