Enable Group Scheduling

To utilize the patient groups, group appointments, and group encounters functionality in NextGen® Enterprise PM, an option must be enabled in Practice Preferences.

  1. Access NextGen® Enterprise PM.
  2. From the Admin menu, select Preferences, and then Practice.
    The Practice Preferences window opens.
  3. From the Preference List, select Appt Scheduling.
  4. Select the Enable Group Scheduling check box.
  5. To save changes and close the window, select OK.
