Quick Check In of Group Appointment

Using the group check in option on the right-click menu of the Appointment Book, you can mark arrived members as Kept and create a group encounter in short time.

You can check in the group appointment for:
  • All scheduled members
  • Arrived members

You can associate the existing group encounter to the individual member and the scheduled members through group check in option from the right-click menu on Appointment Book.

You can do the following procedures using the group check in:
  • Creating group encounter for all scheduled members
  • Marking the individual member appointment as kept
  • Creating group encounter for kept members
  • Adding a member to the existing group encounter
