Opening the Active Patient Record

In NextGen® Enterprise PM, you can open the current active patient's records from the following windows:

  • People Lookup
  • Patient Lookup
  • Appointment Lookup
  • Add Appointment
  • Edit Appointment
  • Charge Posting
  • Payment Entry

To open the patient chart, you can double-click the Active Patient indicator located on the status bar on the NextGen® Enterprise PM desktop. The patient's chart displays details of the active patient.
