Open the Active Patient Records to Link Existing Appointments

Before you begin

You must first remove the link between the existing person record and the appointment.
  1. In NextGen® Enterprise PM, select the Appt Book icon on the main toolbar.
    The Appointment Book window opens.
  2. From Appointment Book, open the Edit Appointment window.
  3. Select open menu , and then select Clear Patient from the menu.
    A message appears for your confirmation to delete the person linked to the appointment.
  4. To remove the current person or patient from the appointment, select OK.
  5. Select open menu , and then select Access Active Patient from the menu.
    The active patient is linked to the existing appointment.
